Commissions
A small number of commissions are undertaken each year alongside ongoing study and independent practice.
I consider panel commissions for traditional icon subjects primarily Christ, the Mother of God, angels, and occasionally selected British and female saints.
Availability
Availability for commissioned work is highly limited and varies throughout the year.
Timescale
Creating custom handmade original work using traditional techniques of egg tempera painting and gilding on wooden board is a skilled, delicate and a labour intensive process.
For all commissions, a minimum of 4 months notice is required. A estimated delivery date will be provided on commencing your project.
Pricing
Prices for commissioned work is individual, depending on scale, complexity, and materials.
Prices exclude postage and packaging.
50% payment is required to commence your painting with the remaining 50% payable on completion. Terms and conditions apply.
Delivery, Postage and Shipping
On completion, your painting will be posted to you by insured and tracked courier worldwide. You may also arrange to collect your completed work in person.
Prices for postage and packing are not included in the price.
